I rarely eat refined sugar, cheese or grains, I drink green juices/smoothies and eat my veggies everyday, I also drink 60 oz of water on a daily basis, I buy organic when I can and I work out, and I do all of this cause it makes me happy and because I love my body too much to give it the best of the best ,not for vanity for vitality, and when I want to have a slice of greasy pizza I eat it, but with a smile on my face, no guilt, no judgement, And guess what nothing happens, I’m still the same healthy person.
Food is energy too if you eat something that’s ” not good for you ” and you feel remorse or guilt while eating it believe me it will be bad for you. 
Break your own rules every once in a while, be flexible don’t be the sad “healthy” girl in yoga clothes that really wants a cookie but eats an apple instead and goes to bed miserable. 
A big part of having a healthy lifestyle is being happy so do what makes you happy everyday, if a small chocolate cupcake ( every once in a while )  with your friends is going to make you smile then do it and then go back to normal. Life is short indulge a little bit 💗 S.
